Just curious how many diesel car owners have had their AdBlue caps replaced (for free by Citroen) and how many know about this. As far as I can work out they identified that there's a design issue with the system and brought out a vented version of the cap (in 2018?) to reduce pressure which in turn prevents the injector failing prematurely (but I might be making this up).

It is not a service item so it is very unlikely to be topped up at a service. The capacity is ~17L, and it is reckoned to last 14,000 miles, so it probably won't last your 16,000 miles service interval.
