Even though it's only in Early Access, it's the wide-ranging update to SSD, 1080ti, 32 ram, I don’t remember what my processor is but it was top or the line in 2016 when I bought it. Yeah I use no mods, I’ve restarted a campaign and it’s still full of microstutters. Performance is better but far more crashes. I'm waiting for a bunch of crashes to be fixed before jumping back in.
Get a better horse. They are only 100-200 danars and can be found in villages around where you start. Use a polearm with a shield on horseback with a length of 140+. Can hit looters without getting hit after a little practice. Use a bow from horseback and kite looters as you shoot them down.
